Una querella criminal en contra de él o los autores del ataque incendiario registrado en el fundo Santa Loreto, en el sector Runca de la comuna de Máfil, anunció la Delegada Presidencial Regional, Paola Peña Marín.
De acuerdo a lo señalado por la representante del Presidente Gabriel Boric en Los Ríos, la acción judicial fue interpuesta en horas de la mañana del viernes 08 de julio, en Juzgado de Garantía de Los Lagos, por los delitos de “amenazas, incendio, porte ilegal de armas y cualquier otro delito que derive en el transcurso de la investigación”.
De acuerdo a lo expresado por la autoridad regional “como Gobierno lamentamos y condenamos enérgicamente este tipo de hechos de violencia que afectó a una empresa y a un grupo de trabajadores de nuestra región. Nuestra región es una zona de paz, de tranquilidad y de gente de trabajo”.
Finalmente la autoridad manifestó que “esperamos que las instancias de investigación, que de acuerdo a lo informado por la Fiscalía están a cargo de la PDI, puedan establecer de forma fehaciente la responsabilidad de todos aquellos que cometieron este acto delictual”.
